• If you have a claim to report, during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, please call us at (617) 783-1010 or fax your completed operator report to (617) 783-0010. Don't forget to reference where your auto is, your phone number, and the best time to call you.


• You can obtain the Operator's Report from any police station or Registry of Motor Vehicles Office. Also, it's available at our agency or click here to print out an Auto Accident Report. This report should be filed with the Registry, Police, and this Agency. Needs to be filed if anyone was injured or property damaged exceeds $1,000.00. File within 5 days of the accident.

• For 24 hours, 7 days reporting of an automobile accident please call 1 800 922 8276 for a Commerce insurance claim representative, you are also encouraged to visit Commerce Claims page for a complete list of drive in appraisal,prefered auto repair shops, and many useful tips that will help expadite the processing of your claim. You can also check with the claim adjuster if you qualify for a rental car while your vehicle is being fixed."
